Join Our Team The Lindgren Group

Our trade has a reaching impact from things you come across every day, like hardware, to medical, military, aerospace, and more. This means that what we do matters.

In our industry, an employee has the unique opportunity to learn the many aspects of our business, if that is their desire. In doing so, the amount of effort the employee puts in can equal the amount of success they are looking to achieve. Success does not need to equal management or leadership. We also need masters in a department to help train new employees. Or, employees can move around the various departments and become valuable by simply being able to work where needed.

We have an employee focused atmosphere. Reviews are done twice a year. So, employees always know their strengths and where they need to improve. They can also discuss career options and development. Generally, raises are given at this time too. Work schedules are such that it promotes a good work/life balance.

What does the company do?

For those that are unfamiliar with metal plating and metal finishing, this is an oversimplified explanation. Metal, by its nature, wants to corrode. By putting metal parts through our various processes, the goal is to stop the corrosion. Sometimes, the added benefit of a specific color can be applied. Processes generally include taking the part and dipping it into various chemical baths to achieve the desired effect. We can also do things like take aluminum (which is a soft metal), and through science, we can make it hard as a diamond. There’s many different options available to our customers. Look at other pages on this website to see more information.

What does it take to be a success here?

First and foremost, have good attendance and a can do attitude. The ability to be open to direction and be teachable are also valuable skills.
